Designer Tessa Buys shows that you don’t have to be round to get things moving!
Her beautiful layout creates movement through the placement of her Epiphany Crafts Embellishments. How fun is that…and Amanda Jones is right on the same track today too! Both layout showcase our Epiphany Crafts Oval shape perfectly!

By starting with the first oval in a horizontal position…
…then tipping the next vertically…
…and returning the third to vertical, your eyes tumble across the page
The same effect couldn’t be achieved with circles, so I am very glad that I had the EC oval tool on hand for this page!

Love the oval… it has been at the top of my wish list for a while now. the layout was amazing. i love the movement created.
Both layouts are lovely, but I love Tessa’s layout … and it really does have a feeling of motion! Great jobs Ladies!
I think Tessa’s use of the oval combined with the lettering around the edges was a super creative way to show movement across the page. And Amanda’s use of the oval as the flower’s center really helps draw the eyes right to the photo. I love using ovals on my scrapbook layouts and would love to add this tool to my collection. Thanks for the chance to win!
Loving these layouts, that first one especially! Love how your eye travels through. What a fun subject as well!
Very neat layouts! I like the flowers on the second one a lot.
What g reat layouts. Loved the 2nd one with the rays cut out around the oval. Great texture and design. Looks like a fun tool and would love to try it out!
Love today’s layouts for inspiration using circles with the Epiphany oval! Both are so gorgeous and fun!
Firstly, just loved “Round is hip but oval is takin ova (l)! ” Put a huge smile on my face!! TFS!!
The samples/ideas for using the ovals are superb! The first thing that popped into my li’l head as to how I would use an oval bobble (what I like to call ‘em! LOL) is to use it for a butterfly’s body.
I would loooooove to win the Epiphany oval Shape Studio. I have the round one and would love to add an oval one to my bobble family!
Thanks so much for a chance to win one!
I’m really loving the oval shape especially with the silver settings. Can’t seem to find the silver settings around though. I bought my heart and pennant tools from Archivers. Lovely projects btw.
How cute. I love the zipper especially. I’ve enjoyed seeing what you can do with the ovals. I never would have thought that they would be so versatile.
Love those 2 layouts and how she used the ovals. Gorgeous!

Oh my goodness… I’m LOVING the ovals!!! Absolutely beautiful projects!!!
I love these two layouts! Who knew ovals and circle to go together so well! Really beautiful work! How would I use the oval…maybe lined up horizontally with one missing every so often…I am a card maker so I don’t think this would be too crazy. Thanks for sharing!

I love the pages today. They give me so many ideas, I can’t wait to start putting my ideas to paper. Thank you, I love your tools!
Such pretty layouts. I really like the flowers on the second one.
Great layouts using the ovals. I would use them to make jewelry.
I love the layouts and the new oval shape.
Great projects! I have always liked ovals. I have quite a few LO’s where my pictures are cropped in oval shapes. This tool would be a perfect compliment to those pics!
Wow, would this ever be fun to use…my mind is racing with all the things I could do!!
Love these layouts and the new oval tool! This would be great as accents on cards. I’d love to give it a try!

Beautiful creations. The new oval die cut is great. It is a defenitive must have for me. I would love to win it.
The ovals with the settings give it a more sophisticated look. I like it!
Never thought much of using ovals to suggest movement on a layout – this shows what I have been missing. Very nicely done!
