Come fly with me, let’s fly, let’s fly away ..
Once I get you up there where the air is rarified
We’ll just glide, starry-eyed
Once I get you up there I’ll be holding you so very near
You may even hear a whole gang cheer ’cause we’re together
The gang will most certainly cheer today when they see this adorable idea using our Round and Square tools.
Both Tessa and Mandy show today how easily you can incorporate both shapes into your projects!
Let’s Get Outta Here Card by Tessa Buys
My husband and I will be taking an anniversary trip soon, and I wanted to make him a card for the occasion. I realized that if I used a circle and a square, I could piece together a hot air balloon – perfect for a travel themed card.

I love these projects! They are great! I’m a round and square crafter, but am seeing more circle patterns in my projects lately.
Awesome projects! I am a round crafter. Though having seen Mandy’s great layout I am coming round to the idea of squares. It was her use of a scalloped square & rounded letters that made if a little less harsh for me. Thanks for sharing.
Love the hot air balloon! What a fun card and the square are great accents on the layout too!
Great projects! I am totally, for embellishments, etc., a round crafter. Thanks for the chance to win!
I think I want to be more square, but I use circles a lot!
I love the projects and I’m mainly a square crafter.
I love the projects and mostly add round embellishments when using square or rectangular photos/sentiments. Love today’s projects!
Great projects! The more I see the square, the more I like what I see! Tessa’s balloon is adorable!
Great layout and card. I really like how the two shapes combined became a hot air balloon.
Some fun designs that is for sure.
I would say I am more a round girl, probably because I love to do flowers
I really like circles a lot. I do use squares for maybe 40% of my shapes, though.
I think I’d use the square the most, but I bet I’d use the circle often too! Thanks for the chance to win!
I always have wanted the round tool and bubble caps, but seeing today’s great projects – love the hot air balloon basket with the square – I might just be changing my mind!
I’m a square… but who knows if I had a handy tool to help with the cutting
I have to say I am round with just a little bit of square in me! I love the hot air balloon card and the Back to School LO is great!! I really like the hidden journaling and all of the fun embellishments you used without making the pictures disappear!
Awesome projects and I just adore the balloon and the epoxy squares give the lovely layout just the right touch! Round is typically my go to but it really depends on the project.
