Clean Up the Clutter with Epiphany Crafts

We’re focusing this week on Back To School projects and ways to keep organized throughout the school year.

A familiar site for many households involve “Box Tops” and Campbell’s soup labels. And a common struggle…where to keep them so everyone knows where to add new ones and where they are when it’s time to turn them in.

Designer Tessa Buys has a fun idea and cute too for tackling all those in your house!

I always do, but this year I wanted to dress up my storage solution for all those box tops. The result? A box with a magnetic back that I can attach to my fridge in style:

First, I started with an empty box (this one is about 3.5″ by 5.5″).

I cut off the lid and covered the box in patterned paper. I decorated the front a little bit, then tied twine and an Epiphany Crafts square charm to the front.

I added self-adhesive magnetic strips to the back.

All in all, this project took about as long as it takes homework to get done in an afternoon and now my refrigerator is a little more stylish.
