Sweet Bunny Baskets & Coupon Books with Epiphany Crafts Tools

Fleur here, Easter is just a few days away and I needed to make some last minute treats for teachers and friends.

user posted image

I found a really cute Easter Basket and Bunny cut file on the Silhouette website and cut them out from patterned paper.

user posted image

The little bunnies needed a cute little tail so I used the Epiphany Crafts Button Studio Tool Round 14 and made them a little button tail. I then attached the bunny to the front of the basket.

user posted image

To add a sentiment I typed Happy Easter on my typewriter and punched it out using the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Oval 25 and tied it on to the basket handle with some coordinating twine.

user posted image

To finish off the basket I added the fringe grass and an egg. The pocket is a perfect size for a small treat or a gift card.

As I created my project I made a Vine Video which you can view here Easter Bunny Basket

Get Sophisticated with Epiphany Crafts

Good day to you! Today I am sharing a couple of CAS cards using goodies from The Robin’s Nest and Epiphany Crafts.

user posted image

The Robin’s Nest tear drops make the cutest little dimensional leaves! The small EC metal charms make a sophisticated embellishment on a card, too.

user posted image

The tree stamp I used was solid. To achieve a bark effect, I inked my stamp and then gently swiped or pressed the edge of piece of cardstock onto the inked stamp to remove bits of ink. Voila! A textured tree!

user posted image

I stamped hi between the text on the Classified print. I punched it slightly off center to add some additional interest.

user posted image

I used diamond shaped Dew Drops to make this little sun shine. The EC round 25 tool and bubble caps are great for making a variety of focal points.

Hi, Fleur here. Today we are swapping with the amazing designers over at the Bella Blvd Blog. For my project I created a mini album using the Bella Blvd Kiss Me Collection, so cute and fun. I made a mini with some of my favorite Instagram photos from 2012.

user posted image

To create this mini album cover a chipboard album with patterned paper and cover the spine with some Bella Blvd washi tape.

user posted image

Add several layers of paper and journaling cards to the front to create a space for your title.

user posted image

Hand cut the title and some embellishments from the patterned paper and to finish it off add some twine and an Epiphany Craft Vintage Settings Clubhouse embellishment.

user posted image

To create the inside of the mini album cut pages from the Bella Blvd paper to the size of your album and bind them together.

user posted image

user posted image

user posted image

I added an Instagram photo to one side and used the other side to add a title, some journaling or other fun embellishments.

For each page use the Epiphany Crafts tools and add some fun embellishments.

Sweet Treats and Celebrations with Epiphany Crafts!

It’s nearly here - Valentine’s Day! Why not make a little something for your sweethearts.

It’s super easy – here’s what Design Team Member Leeann Pearce made, she filled little Kraft boxes with some chocolates and embellished each one with pattern papers and used epiphany crafts buttons, vintage setters, silver charm setters and assorted bubble caps.

She almost made a negative heart card and filled the heart with an assortment of Epiphany crafts vintage charms, brads and bubble caps. She finished by hand stitching around the heart which made it pop.

Crafty a Bit of Fun with Pinterest and Epiphany Crafts

If you do Pinterest like I do, you have scores of ideas pinned away for later.

I decided to browse my Crafty Inspiration board for a fun idea and settled on this one–a magnetic tic-tac-toe game in an Altoids tin.

user posted image

http://scrapmatters.com/news_sm/heatherw/s…1/sept11_p3.htm

Here is my take on this pin:

user posted image

Slap some washi tape and some patterned paper on an Altoids tin and you have the perfect mini receptacle for a magnetic tic-tac-toe game. Lemme tell ya, washi tape has made altering Altoids tins SO much easier. Just wrap it around the box and fold over the ends. So easy!

user posted image

Glossy Accents is a fantastic adhesive for adhering metal objects. I adhered some small, super strong magnets to the back of each game piece. Be careful! Those little suckers will attach to anything metal. I had to re-attach some magnets more than once.

user posted image

I created the tic-tac-toe markers using my EC Round 14 tool and bubble caps. I made sure to choose patterns for the markers that my kids (ages 6 and 8) wouldn’t fight over them.

user posted image

Using a craft knife, I trimmed some washi tape to make the lines for the tic-tac-toe board on the inside of the lid.

Now, like another car activity, it is only a matter of time before a fight breaks out and/or parts get lost.

Happy gaming!

Celebrate in 2013 with Epiphany Crafts!

How do you Celebrate your 2013 ?

For me I just celebrate by enjoying all the little simple things that has gone by everyday in life.

For me ” simple ” is always the key in life.

So today I have a home decor project that can simply make your house feeling more 2013.

On this project I was thinking about how to make a decor for celebrating 2013.

Let’s take a look.

How I crate this is using my Silhouette Cameo to cut a “Hello 2013″ design that I designed.

Then adhere on top of the pattern paper.

Added Epiphany Crafts pennant epoxy that I use on colorful chevron paper pattern.

Here’s the complete look.

A closer look at pennant epoxy.

And I also added wood veneer ninja stars that has been sprayed with red ink.

Fall Card Set by Cherry Nelson

Epiphany Crafts Supplies:

Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Round 25
Epiphany Crafts Bubble Caps Round 25
epiphany crafts shape studio tool Pennant 25
epiphany crafts bubble caps Pennant 25

Pattern papers and embellishments- simple stories
ribbons- really reasonble ribbon and walmart
paper doilies- walmart

I had so much fun creating with a Fall theme…I had to make two cards.

It was so easy to bring each one together using some Simple stories goodies and my bubblecap embellies. I enhanced my banner by using the pendant bubblecaps. I love being able to repeat my paper patterns with the bubblecaps. On the other card I used the round 25 at the top to add interest and clustered it with a ticket and mini paper clip for added interest at the top. It was so much fun to use one of the simple stories pockets on my card…I tucked in a vintage recipe. Perfect for some Fall baking! Hope you enjoyed my Fall projects! cherry

I had a lot of fun playing with Epiphany Crafts and My Little Shoebox products and put together this gift card box for my daughter. She loves to shop and I thought this would be a fun way to present a gift card to one of her favorite stores.

I cut and assembled the flat round box from My Little Shoebox patterned paper and white Bazzill cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo. I also cut and assembled the 3D stiletto and adhered it to the top of the box. The flat round box is perfect for giving gift certificates, a handmade card set, mini album, etc. You could also add treats to the shoe itself for an additional fun surprise.

Using my Epiphany Crafts button flower tool, I punched a cherry blossom to make my own custom cherry blossom button. I threaded a stamen through the button holes to give it added dimension.

I used die cut flowers and leaves from the Cherry Delight collection to doll up the top of the box. I added a dab of glue to the center of each flower and added the stamens. Aren’t they brilliant? I found the stamens in the cake decorating section of the craft store.
