Epiphany Crafts Supplies:
Epiphany Crafts star 25 shape studio tool, star 25 bubblecaps

Other Supplies:

DCWV dots, plaids and stripes stack
EK success: zig zag border punch, swiss cheese border punch
Die cutting machine: Slice just chillin’ teen card
adhesive: Scotch (ATG), liquid: Helmar’s quick dry 450
other: string, jump rings

Technique:

Did you know that you can pierce through your Epiphany Crafts Bubblecaps to make cute hanging charms? It’s simple, I just take a paper piercer and poke a hole through my bubblecap.
The epoxies are flexible so a standard paper piercer should push right through without any troubles just be sure to not pierce to close to the edge, or the epoxy might tear.

For my next step I attached standard jump rings that I picked up at my local craft supply store and hung my star bubblecaps from string.

Hello Spring Hanging by Designer Audrey Pettit

Epiphany Crafts Supplies:
Epiphany Crafts Button Studio Tool Round 20 and Round Button 20 Caps
Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Round 14 and Round 14 Bubble Caps
Epiphany Crafts Tea Room Vintage Settings

Die Cuts With a View Dots, Stripes, & Plaids Stack
Alpha Stickers: SEI
Punches: McGill
Felt: Papertrey Ink
Trim: Webster’s Pages, American Crafts, and Stampin’Up
Doilies: Wilton
Ink: Clearsnap
Adhesive: Glue Arts
Chipboard

Directions:
1. Cut a pennant banner from raw chipboard in any size you wish. Mine is 6″ x 9″.

user posted image

2. Cover one side of the chipboard banner with gray patterned paper. Cut a second layer from contrasting patterned paper.
*NOTE: Edge all patterned paper pieces with brown ink.

user posted image

3. Continue layering the banner with yellow patterned paper. Adhere yellow fringe trim along the bottom notch of the banner. Affix a paper doily to the center of the pennant. Add a piece of doily behind the banner so it shows through on the bottom. And then add three buttons made with the Epiphany Crafts Button Round 20 Studio Tool.

user posted image

4. Adhere a patterned paper circle to the center of the doily. Adhere brown hemp cord across the center of the doily.

5. Create a flower from two sizes of flower paper punches. I used 3 large flowers and 4 small flowers.

user posted image

Soak the punched flowers briefly in water. Scrunch each piece into a tight ball and then smooth flat and allow to dry. Starting with the large pieces and working towards the smaller shapes, adhere the punched flowers together to create one flower.

6. Create three bubble caps embellishments using the Epiphany Crafts Round 14 Shape Studio Tool.

user posted image

7. Adhere one Bubble Cap to the center of the flower.

user posted image

8. Attach flower to the center of the banner using foam adhesive for dimension.

9. Add the remaining two Round 14 Bubble Caps to the centers of the yellow Tea Room Vintage Settings, and adhere settings to either side of the flower.

10. Embellish with stitched felt leaves, more fringe trim, and a seam binding bow. Add alpha stickers around the center circle to create the sentiment.
